-I have the right to reject a commission for any reason that may arise-The artist will send the wips from time to time in case the client wants any changes (no major changes will be made after the lineart)-Before commissioning, make sure you have visual references about the character, etc. in order to have a better vision of the commission (fanarts, drawings, NO intimate photos)-Commissions may take a while depending on your position on the list, if there is a large amount of commissions the client will be notified-Please do not rush me in the commission process ♡

✎Intellectual Property Rights✎

When you pay for a commission, I, Ink Babas, retain all rights to the art. Commissions: the commissioner has rights only to his/her character (a (unless it's fan art). For personal use only; no commercial use of any kind is allowed unless a price is discussed with the artist!
I, the artist, own all rights to the artwork, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

-Promote myself anywhere or on any site.
-Display it anywhere.
-Post it anywhere with a watermark
The commissioner is allowed to:
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
-Print the artwork and claim the right to their character(s), but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves, such as posting on social media, with proper credit to me, the artist.
If you infringe copyright in any way, all rights you had to the artwork will be revoked.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
-Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes (making money from it in any way)
-Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
-Turning the artwork into NFTs or any kind of cryptocurrency.
-Using my art for AI
